RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCTS I PURCHASED FROM IMEDILANE.IN?
iMedilane.in has a no exchange no return policy.
In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, iMedilane.in would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you. You will not be charged any additional amounts for the return courier & replacement. In case you are requested by our customer service team to courier the product to us, we will refund the courier amount to you as store credit.

All the products that we sell are completely genuine & brand manufactured. However, if you feel that you have received a product that is not up to your expectation, please write to us at support@imedilane.in & we will be more than happy to look into your concerns.

REFUND POLICY
iMedilane provides price protection for items during shipment, during refund & during returns, in case the return or refund is due to an error at our end such as incorrect product shipped, expired or damaged goods delivered, etc. in all such cases if the price of the product falls during that period, we still consider the sale price which was paid by you as the consideration to be refunded.
HOW WILL I GET A REFUND FOR THE ORDER I CANCELLED OR RETURNED?
